THIS THING IS GARBAGE

This product is absolute garbage. It's so awful, it makes me want to scream. I've tried it a million instances, and it still fails miserably. The quality is cheap, and the features are stupid. Honestly, I can't understand how they could sell thisthing without being mortified. I'm so frustrated that I hoped I'd bought something functional instead. S
